The Southampton Middle School Music Department offers a wide range of music classes including band, orchestra, chorus, jazz band, and general music. Our performing groups play a winter and spring concert as well as concerts for elementary school students. Some performing groups also perform at Music Assessment Days and at other music festivals. General Music students learn music history, basics of musical performance, music reading/writing, and play a wide variety of musical instruments.
